The oil is obtained from the kernel contained within the seed of the apricot fruit (Prunus americana). The oil content of the kernel is 40-50%. Oil, both once pressed and refined, is a viscous liquid, shiny that goes from pale yellow to ocher. It is light and slightly greasy / oily.
Anti-wrinkles, highly nutritious, refreshes and tones skin. Used as a base oil in formulations that seek stability.
