Our Paperless Office Project
We are glad to share with you that eight years ago, we successfully implemented our Paperless Office Project (OSP), which enabled us to reduce the use of paper in our daily operations.
Through the implementation of advanced digital systems and technologies, we achieved a successful transition to a fully digital work environment, thereby minimizing our dependence on natural resources and maximizing efficiency in our administrative tasks.
Since then, we have experienced a range of significant benefits, including the protection of natural resources by avoiding tree felling and reducing the water demand and energy associated with paper production.
Our OSP project has also enabled us to enhance internal collaboration and productivity by having electronic systems for storing, searching, and sharing information. It has provided us with increased efficiency and agility in our work processes.
